About the Lamborghini Miura Conept

The Lamborghini Miura Concept is a retro-style Lamborghini that commemorated the 40th anniversary of the introduction of the original Miura concept at the Geneva Motor Show in 1966. It was first debuted on January 5, 2006 at the Paley Center for Media, formerly The Museum of Television & Radio .

Not much is known about the Lamborghini Miura Concept at this point other than the fact that Lamborghini’s president and CEO Stefan Winkelmann has stated that it would not be put into production. What we do know is that its body style is very similar to the original Miura with heavy influence from the modern Murciélago.

But this is a modern day Lamborghini and that guarantees that it’s fast and agile!

Ford Mustang Boss 302
In 2012 Ford revived and revamped the Legendary Boss 302 serious putting them into development through 2013. Powered by Ford’s standard 2011 5 litre V8, a number of improvements were put in place to give this re-born machine that extra grunt including upgraded intakes and revised camshafts to the modern 6 speed transmission.

Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4
Unveiled at the 2008 Geneva motor show the LP650-4 was a refreshing sight to see when compared to the previous generation taking on certain style characteristics found on the Reventon and Murcielago PL 670. This model was also fit with a new 5.2 litre v10 and a new direct fuel injection system increasing fuel efficiency while still having improve power output by near 40hp.

Nissan 370Z (Z34)
Unveiled in 2008 and produced for sale from 2009 the 370Z offers an affordable sports car package. Sporting a new look from its predecessor (The 350z) that’s made almost entirely from Aluminium among most other parts of the car allows the 3.7 litre V6 powering it to provide significant power to weight rations making this a quick and agile car that has become a favourite amongst enthusiast racers both on the track and on the streets.

As is the norm, when new cars become available for in-game cash it means that three cars also head into retirement. After this week’s rotation the Audi R8 Coupé 5.2 FSI Quattro, BMW M6 Convertible and the Plymouth® Hemi® Cuda will no longer be available in the Car Dealer so get them while you can.

Lexus LFA
Trapped in a development cycle for around ten years the Lexus LFA was a concept to showcase the best of what Toyota had to offer for a Road Car. Tasking inspiration from road cars, and race cars alike the Lexus LFA is combination of the best of what motoring technology has to offer. From its finely tuned 4.8l v10 to the aerodynamic aeronautical grade carbon fibre reinforced polymer body.

Ford GT40 Mk.I
American branded but British engineered the GT40 series took the motorsport world by storm but not before the creation of the Mk.I. The Mk.I was created via a collaboration between Ford and several of its struggling British partners such as Lotus and Cooper in a bid to compete in the evolving motorsport world and with the following cars in the series being released it did just that.

Ford Focus RS
The Ford Focus is the successor to the ST series and with it comes much of the same, sharp, refined and exciting performance that you’d expect from a sporty hatchback. Sticking with the tired and tested 2.5l Inline-5 engine found in the ST Ford topped it offer with a larger Borg Warner K16 turbo which delivers almost double the power of that found in the ST. Also new to the Focus RS is a brand new front suspension system known as RevoKnuckle designed specifically to improve the performance of high powered FWD cars.

After this week’s rotation the Porsche 959, Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione and the Chevrolet El Camino SS will no longer be available in the Car Dealer so get them while you can.

Aston Martin V12 Vantage
Unveiled in 2007 in celebration of the opening of Aston’s very own design studio the Aston Martin V12 Vantage this v12 powered beauty of a car took an already high powered luxury sports car and gave it the works. Sporting the v12 engine from the DBS and adding in a new rear diffuser and ceramic brakes this car provides more power and control without out losing any of the beauty of its small engine counterpart.

Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder
Unveiled at the 2008 LA Auto show the LP560-4 Spyder is the convertible version of the standard LP560-4. It still retains those subtle characteristics found on the Reventon and Murcielago LP670. Though the roof may be missing, the added style is an added bonus, and you don’t lose any of the performance

Lotus Elise
Originally built in 1996 the Lotus Elise was an Enigma of sorts. Compared to other cars in its class the Lotus Elise is powered by a small 1.8 litre Rover K series engine. However, due to its incredibly lightweight the Elise provides exceptional power to weight ratios, giving it excellent acceleration and manoeuvrability. It does however suffer from lower top speeds, but it more than makes up for that in the corners where it’s capability on the track really shines.

As is the norm, when new cars become available for in-game cash it means that three cars also head into retirement. After this week’s rotation the Nissan GT-R SpecV (R35), Audi R8 4.2 FSI Quattro and the BMW M3 E30 Sport Evolution will no longer be available in the Car Dealer so get them while you can.

Lotus Evora
The Lotus Evora is the result of a 5 year plan to expand the Lotus line-up beyond that of the Elise and it’s kin, the Exige and the Europa. Being larger than it’s its resident brothers weighing in at roughly 300-400kg more the car still retains that legendary lotus feel of being quick and agile via its new 3.5l V6 engine which is more than capable of making that extra weight move… quickly.

Subaru Impreza WRX STI (Hatchback)
First released in 1992 the Impreza series has had a range of success stories in its history and these lessons have made this 3rd generation car one of the most versatile and reliable. As happy on the road as it is on the dirt roads the Impreza is rugged yet efficient machine, having won numerous rallies and even landing second place in its debut race.

Chevrolet Cobalt SS
Originally created to replace the Cavalier and the Prizm the Chevrolet Cobalt hit the market in 2004. Along with the standard series of cars General Motors took to making a series of supercharged sports versions known as the Cobalt SS. These were then later replaced with the Turbocharged editions in 2007. Power by a 2.0l Inline-4 LNF engine this car may not pack a huge punch, but it’s certainly no slouch out on the track.
